Capgemini is hiring a Senior Test Data Management / Test Data Engineer / Test Data Architect to lead end-to-end test data management for QA and release validation across multiple environments.
Responsibilities- Lead an end-to-end test data management strategy for QA SIT UAT regression and performance testing
- Design and deliver test data workflows including creation, provisioning, refresh, and maintenance across multiple environments
- Develop and manage data masking and anonymization approaches and synthetic test data solutions to protect sensitive information
- Build SQL scripts and automate test data creation and validation
- Coordinate test data requests
, dependencies, refresh cycles, and environment synchronization - Integrate TDM processes with CI/CD and Dev Ops pipelines
- Partner with QA, development, Dev Ops, data engineering
, and business teams - Establish governance standards
, audit controls
, and reusable test data processes - Troubleshoot data-related defects and perform root cause analysis
- Mentor junior TDM and QA engineers and provide technical leadership
- Strong SQL and database knowledge
- Experience with Test Data Management tools such as Delphix
, Informatica Test Data Management
, IBM Info Sphere Optim
, or similar - Knowledge of data masking and synthetic data generation
- ETL data integration concepts
- API testing and automation
- CI/CD tool experience such as Jenkins
, Git
, Azure Dev Ops
, or similar - Scripting experience in Python
, Java
, or Shell - Cloud platform experience such as AWS or Azure
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum (STLC implied)
- Databases: Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, DB2
- TDM Tools: Delphix, Informatica Test Data Management, IBM Info Sphere Optim
- Languages/Scripting: SQL, Python, Java, Shell
- CI/CD & Dev Ops: Jenkins, Git, Azure Dev Ops, CI/CD, Dev Ops
- Cloud: AWS, Azure
- Practices: Agile/Scrum, ETL, API testing
