Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Network Automation Engineer with strong expertise in enterprise networking, network automation, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Network Source of Truth (NSoT) platforms such as Net Box or Nautobot
, along with a deep understanding of network engineering principles and automation frameworks.
This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable network automation solutions that improve operational efficiency, standardization, compliance, and service delivery across enterprise and data center environments.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and implement network automation solutions for enterprise and data center networks.
- Build and maintain Network Source of Truth (NSoT) platforms using Net Box or Nautobot
. - Develop automation workflows using Python
, Ansible
, REST APIs, and other automation frameworks. - Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using tools such as Terraform and Git-based workflows.
- Automate network provisioning, configuration management, compliance validation, and operational tasks.
- Integrate networking platforms with monitoring, asset management, and orchestration tools.
- Develop reusable automation modules, templates, and scripts for network lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with network architects, engineers, and infrastructure teams to standardize and automate network operations.
- Troubleshoot and optimize automation solutions, APIs, and network services.
- Maintain documentation, coding standards, and automation best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Network Engineering.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Network Automation.
- Strong knowledge of Routing and Switching technologies.

- OSPF
- TCP/IP
- VLANs
- MPLS
- Data Center Networking
- Net Box and/or Nautobot
- Python
- Ansible
- REST APIs
- Git/Git Ops
- Terraform
- Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) methodologies.
- Experience working with Cisco, Juniper, Arista, or multi-vendor network environments.
