- 10+ years of experience in Linux/Unix administration and production support.
- Strong hands-on troubleshooting skills in Linux/Unix environments.
- Experience with Python scripting and automation.
- Proficiency in Shell scripting, including Bash or similar scripting languages.
- Experience supporting production systems and resolving complex L2/L3 incidents.
- Understanding of servers, storage systems, networking, and infrastructure dependencies.
- Familiarity with Service Now, ITIL, incident management, and problem management.
- Experience with monitoring tools and system performance analysis.
- Understanding of SAN, NAS, and WORM storage concepts.
- Ability to work independently, learn system architecture quickly, and support mission-critical environments.
