Experience:
10+years in data integration and production support, with strong hands-on IICS experience.
- Lead onsite production support for Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS), ensuring stability and availability of data integration jobs and pipelines.
- Monitor IICS jobs, mappings, mapping tasks, taskflows, and schedules; troubleshoot failures and performance issues.
- Own incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), problem resolution, and SLA compliance for production issues.
- Troubleshoot Secure Agent, connectivity, database, API, and data integration issues across cloud and on-premises environments.
- Coordinate with offshore support teams, development teams, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Manage production deployments, emergency fixes, job restarts, recovery procedures, and change management activities.
- Prepare operational reports, track support KPIs, maintain runbooks, and drive continuous improvement through automation and proactive monitoring.
- Healthcare domain knowledge (optional):
Familiarity with healthcare data, clinical data management, clinical laboratories, or healthcare data integration processes is preferred but not mandatory.
