What This Role Is All About Likewize is seeking a hands-on Application AI Architect to join our IT Development team at our office in Alpharetta, Georgia (or our global headquarters in Southlake, Texas).At Likewize, we're always looking for smarter ways to work, innovate, and deliver great experiences for our customers and partners. As our Application AI Architect, you'll play a hands-on role in identifying, designing, and implementing AI solutions that solve real business challenges across the organization.

Working closely with technology and business teams, you'll evaluate emerging AI capabilities, develop scalable architectures, build practical use cases, and help integrate AI into the way we work. You'll also help establish best practices for responsible AI adoption while ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with business needs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, turning ideas into reality, and creating measurable impact through applied AI.Your

Key Areas of Focus Lead the enterprise AI architecture vision, strategy, and adoption roadmap across the organization.

Partner with development and product teams to identify high-impact opportunities for AI-driven innovation and efficiency.

Define architecture standards, guardrails, and best practices for AI-enabled solutions, automations, and workflows.

Evaluate and recommend AI platforms, tools, and technologies that align with business objectives and enterprise standards.

Ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, ethical, and aligned with responsible AI principles.

Support architects, developers, and technical teams on AI-assisted development, solution design, governance, and adoption best practices.

What We’re Looking For5+ years of experience in software development, with 2+ years in application or solution architecture roles, including AI-enabled solutions.

Proven experience driving enterprise AI adoption and promoting AI-assisted development practices across technical teams.

Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Git Hub Copilot, Amazon Bedrock, or similar enterprise AI technologies.

Strong technical expertise in modern application architecture, including .NET, JavaScript frameworks, SQL, and AWS.Demonstrated ability to evaluate business processes and identify opportunities where AI can improve productivity, automation, quality, or decision-making.

Extra Skills We’d Love to See Experience in integrating enterprise platforms and applications, including ERP systems such as Net Suite.

Previous professional experience in the insurance or telecommunications industry.

Familiarity with responsible AI governance, security, compliance, and change management practices.

Experience leading cross-functional teams on AI productivity tools and enterprise AI adoption strategies.
