Professional Services Intern- Summer

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Shadow Technical Account Managers (TAMs) during customer check-ins and business reviews to learn technical relationship management
• Shadow Enterprise Architects to learn preparation and delivery of customer engagements
• Prepare account summaries, meeting notes, and status reports for customer-facing meetings
• Track customer health metrics, open issues, and follow-up action items
• Organize documentation, knowledge base articles, and internal resources
• Participate in internal training sessions to build foundational product and industry knowledge
• Identify trends across accounts useful for the Professional Services team
• Collaborate with Support, Sales, and Engineering teams on cross-functional projects

The company is looking for:

• Students currently pursuing a degree in Business, IT, Communications, or related fields (or equivalent experience)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Genuine interest in technology and customer relationships
• Ability to learn new tools and software quickly
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and time-management skills
• Collaborative and curious mindset, willing to ask questions and learn on the fly
• No prior experience with Veeam products required

• Paid internship with hourly pay range of $20 - $25 USD

Interns receive mentorship from experienced TAMs and Professional Services leadership, participate in weekly professional development sessions, and gain foundational knowledge of data protection, cloud, and IT infrastructure concepts.

The internship offers a potential path toward a full-time Technical Account Manager or Professional Services role after graduation.
