Integration PM

They are specifically looking for longer project tenures and people that are not Agile evangelist - so just no heavy scrum master/Agile PM people. They can have agile on the resume but just not be totally tied to that methodology. This is a technology-focused PM supporting application, integration, data, and other related initiatives. They'll typically be managing 2 3 projects at a time, depending on the assignment.

• 5+ years of PMO experience.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, PMO processes, and methodology due to audit and compliance requirements.
• Integration experience is highly valued.
• Insurance background is preferred but not required.
• Must be comfortable working in Waterfall and hybrid methodologies.
• Not looking for an HR PM or Scrum Master.

• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and resourcing.
• Produce and maintain project documentation.
• Ensure alignment with SDLC and PMO processes.
• Work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with global vendors, especially offshore teams in Eastern Europe and Asia.

• Microsoft Project and SharePoint are required/preferred tools.
