Are you looking for a career in a professional, team-oriented setting? We are one of the largest and fastest growing Farmers insurance agencies in the country. We are looking for qualified, licensed individuals with at least one year of insurance experience to expand our staff of sales producers. Leads are provided. We are conveniently located in Alpharetta and we are looking for somebody that can work in office or on a hybrid schedule.

Compensation includes: Base salary up to $20/hour plus tiered commission structure

Responsibilities:

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Educate clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs.

Requirements:

• Must have an active Georgia property and casualty insurance license
• Georgia life and health insurance license is a plus
• 1+ year insurance sales experience
• High school diploma required
• Bachelor's degree is a plus
• PTO
• Hands on, paid training
• Monday-Friday Schedule
