Base Pay Range

$85,000.00/yr - $/yr

Modern Family Law is growing and is looking for talented attorneys to join our team! We are offering a $15,000 signing bonus and a hybrid Family Law Associate Attorney position to help launch and grow our new Atlanta office.

While the office is not yet open, we want to build relationships with Georgia attorneys eager to be part of a new venture. This role offers a unique opportunity to join our Southeast expansion from the ground up and help shape the culture and success of the Atlanta team.

• Remote First Setting with brick‑and‑mortar space available (in‑person as required by courts & clients)

• Handle a variety of family law cases, such as divorce, custody, and child and spousal support
• Communicate directly with clients and draft legal documents

Compensation
: $85,000 – $135,000 annually. The range is a reliable estimate of the base salary plus potential commissions based on billable hours and collections. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job‑related factors as permitted by law. Full‑time employees are eligible for health insurance with optional HSA, disability, dental, vision, life insurance, FSAs, 401(k), vacation, sick time, and an employee assistance program.

• 0–3 years of family law experience preferred
• Experience in family law or litigation candidates interested in practicing family law (preferred)
• Active admission to the Georgia State Bar
• Exceptional writing and communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with a client‑focused mindset
