- Manage family law cases from intake to resolution, including divorce, custody, child support, and related matters, with strong courtroom advocacy skills
- Develop and implement strategic case plans based on thorough legal research and analysis
- Draft clear, persuasive motions, pleadings, and supporting documents at all stages of litigation
- Represent clients confidently in depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials
- Maintain organized, accurate, and detailed case files throughout each matter
- Stay up to date on Georgia family law developments through ongoing research, CLEs, and professional development
- Communicate complex legal matters clearly and empathetically to clients with varying levels of understanding
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, co-counsel, senior leadership, and support staff, while upholding the highest ethical standards
- Efficiently track and manage billable hours to meet client expectations and case requirements
- Demonstrate proven expertise in Family Law
- Maintain an active license to practice law in Georgia
- Exhibit excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills
$150,000 - $250,000 yearly
