Associate Attorney - Real Estate, Business, and General Civil Litigation

We are seeking an experienced civil litigator to join a well‑established Georgia law firm. The role offers a hybrid schedule, competitive salary, and a supportive firm culture.

Base pay range: $125,000 - $165,000 per year.

The firm specializes in government law, municipal law, employment law, real‑estate litigation, land use & zoning, business litigation, government contracts, and construction law. The successful candidate will handle diverse cases across these specialties.

• Manage full lifecycle of complex litigation matters.
• Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Conduct legal research and analyze case law and statutes.
• Conduct depositions and witness interviews.
• Lead court appearances, hearings, and mediations.
• Provide strategic counsel to government and corporate clients.

• 2+ years of recent civil litigation experience in a law firm setting.
• Strong academic credentials, J.D. from an accredited university.
• Proven track record of case management from inception to close.
• Exceptional organizational, written, and oral advocacy skills.
• Stable employment history.
• Government law experience preferred but not required.
