Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Real Estate Attorney located in Alpharetta, GA. The Real Estate Attorney will handle a variety of legal matters, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating real estate contracts, conducting property transactions, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, and representing the company or clients in legal real estate matters. The attorney will collaborate with internal teams, provide legal advice, and support decision‑making processes related to real estate deals and developments.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Real Estate Law, including contract drafting, negotiation, and transaction management
• Proven ability to conduct thorough legal research and provide sound legal advice
• Experience with compliance, regulatory requirements, and risk management in real estate
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and critical‑thinking skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school and an active license to practice law in Georgia is required
• Proficiency in time management, organization, and attention to detail
• Experience in the real estate industry or related sectors is highly desirable
