Pay is dependent upon experience and will be discussed during the consideration process.

The Supply Planner is a key member of the supply chain team reporting directly to the Supply Chain Planning Manager. The Supply Planner is accountable for executing the vision and goals based upon the monthly S&OP through the daily planning of inventory to optimize costs while meeting company and customer commitments.

Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

• Demonstrates commitment to safety policies in all work environments and areas; understands and complies with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Collaborates cross‑functionally with production, distribution terminals, sales, finance, supply chain, logistics, quality, procurement, and business divisions.
• Balances supply with demand for assigned geography and/or products to maximize product availability and minimize cost exposure.
• Partners with production teams to optimize production schedules and meet customer demand.
• Develops and manages stocking levels to optimize inventory position.
• Assesses market conditions, anticipates supply or demand changes, develops contingency plans, and mitigates financial impacts.
• Coordinates, controls, and reports inventory levels daily and weekly; reconciles inventory monthly.
• Plans daily shipments from plant to terminal, terminal to terminal, and direct to customers.
• Provides timely feedback regarding service failures or customer concerns.
• Provides cost of supply information and other related statistics.
• Develops Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Actively participates in S&OP process; reconciles metrics versus established targets (Days of Supply, Stockouts/Allocations, Shipments, Sales Plant Direct vs. Terminals, Expediting Cost).
• Initiates, develops, and leads continuous improvement projects.
• Conducts root‑cause analysis for supply chain issues/variances and defines corrective action plans.
• Develops strategic and tactical supply chain plans.
• Completes other tasks and projects assigned by senior management.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Experience
  
  Required:
  
  3+ years of supply chain planning, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Self‑starter with a high level of energy, initiative, and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Advanced attention to detail, planning, time management, organization, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to be tactful, respectful, clear, precise, and accurate.

  Skills:
  
  Intermediate level in JDE, Power BI, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
• Must display good employability skills (attendance, job performance, attitude, willingness to work, etc.).
• Must pass pre‑employment screening, including physical, background check, and 10‑panel drug screening.
