Warehouse Associate

Monday-Friday 8:30AM-5:30PM or 9AM-5:30PM

$19-21/hr

• Pull, Pack, and Ship Customer, Subcontract, and Transfer Orders to meet daily requirements.
• Carry out necessary transactions in SAP.
• Ensure all shipped orders are accurate in lot, quantity and destination.
• Receive controlled purchased materials, and subassemblies.
• Receive uncontrolled purchased items and distribute to appropriate internal customers.
• Carry out essential receipt verifications for product and quantity accuracy between purchase orders, packing slips, and physical product.
• Carry out receipt transactions in SAP.
• Generate necessary and accurate internal labeling for all controlled purchased materials and subassemblies.
• Carry out accurate counts of inventory under the direction of cycle count facilitator.
• Carry out kitting operations for manufacturing job orders and complete kitting transactions in SAP.
• Elevate any inventory accuracy discrepancies to the Supply Chain Supervisor for resolution.
• Move materials between stocking locations and manufacturing and conduct necessary movement transactions in SAP to document movement.

• High school diploma
• Demonstrated customer first attitude.
• Read, speak, write, and understand English
• High attention to detail and accuracy in executing job functions.
• Excellent interpersonal or "people" skills
• Experience in an FDA and/or ITAR regulated environment.
• Minimum of 2 years in Distribution, Receiving, or Inventory Management.
• Ability to "multi-task" and prioritize.
