Salary: $75,000.00 – $90,000.00
Roberts Properties has an exciting opportunity for a Construction Project Manager with experience in multifamily. This position includes a competitive salary based on qualifications and a very generous bonus package.
Responsibilities- Daily management and coordination to complete a successful construction project, meeting time and cost objectives.
- Scheduling.
- Bidding.
- Contractual administration functions.
- Minimum two years of experience in construction project management.
- Four-year degree in Construction Science, Engineering, or a related major.
