Sr Manufacturing Project Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr Project Manager with a track record in delivering results within a manufacturing company to join our team in Alpharetta, GA. This role will lead strategic initiatives from planning through execution, meet business objectives, drive operational efficiency, and enhance stakeholder value.

• Drive cross‑functional teams to successfully deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget, with a focus on production, process optimization, and plant operations.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects involving manufacturing scale‑up, process improvements, and technology integration while maintaining clear prioritization.
• Lead end‑to‑end M&A and integration initiatives, including post‑close activities, planning, execution, and KPI tracking.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks/blockers including those related to safety & regulatory compliance.
• Foster cross‑functional collaboration across teams including Manufacturing, Engineering, Finance, HR, IT, and Legal to ensure seamless execution.
• Communicate regularly with executive leadership and stakeholders; lead updates with the Project Team and Steer Co.
• Manage change control processes related to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Maintain documentation of integration processes and decisions.
• Conduct lessons learned sessions and implement feedback to improve future project delivery and manufacturing efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong, responsive relationships with stakeholders to ensure customer delight requirements are consistently met and exceeded.

• Successful delivery of assigned projects On‑Time, On‑Budget, and In‑Scope.
• Effective stakeholder engagement and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist in championing world‑class project management values and principles across the organization.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Business Administration, or Project Management.
• PMP, CSP, or CTC certification required.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive manufacturing and/or project management experience.
• Proven track record of leading successful post‑acquisition integrations.
• Strong understanding of M&A lifecycle, due diligence, and change management.
• Exceptional attention to detail and time management.
• Experience driving cross‑functional teams in complex manufacturing organizations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to influence and align diverse teams toward common goals.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and MS Planner.
• Familiarity with project governance and stage‑gate processes.
• Experience in innovative/R&D environments is a plus.
