The Contents Production Manager is responsible for executing contents jobs in the field, managing crews, maintaining schedules, and ensuring quality and documentation standards are met.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily execution of contents jobs
- Supervise lead technicians and field crews
- Ensure accurate inventories, photos, and documentation
- Monitor job progress, labor hours, and materials
- Communicate with clients, office staff, and operations management
- Resolve job-level issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- 3+ years in contents restoration or field supervision
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple active jobs
- High level of accountability and follow-through
- Strong documentation and communication habits
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, insurance-driven environment
- Respect for processes, timelines, and quality standards
