ADP is hiring a Sr. Director, Implementation within our National Accounts organization. You will lead a direct organization and influence a matrix of senior leaders across Service, Product, Strategy, Org Readiness, and Technical Services to shape strategic direction and strengthen client delivery.
You will oversee ~5–8 direct reports and ~60 indirect reports across locations, reporting to the VP/GM. Hybrid work is supported with in-office and remote days.
