Director of Operations – Industrial Installations
to lead, coordinate, and continuously improve the operational performance of our U.S. organization.

Based in Alpharetta, GA, this leadership position reports directly to executive management and oversees the company's operational departments, including Project Management, Resource Management, Field Operations, and Internal Services.

The Director of Operations provides direct leadership to department managers, ensuring effective collaboration, clear accountability, efficient resource utilization, and consistent operational performance.

This role is responsible for overseeing project execution, financial performance, workforce capacity, recruiting requirements, and organizational development. Rather than managing individual projects or daily field assignments, the focus is on leading department managers, aligning operational priorities, and ensuring that business objectives are achieved.

The ideal candidate combines a strong background in industrial installations or contracting operations with proven leadership experience, business acumen, and a structured, results-oriented management approach.

• Lead and manage operational department managers, establishing clear responsibilities, performance expectations, and accountability.
• Oversee and coordinate operational activities across Project Management, Resource Management, Field Operations, and Internal Services.
• Monitor project execution, schedules, budgets, profitability, and overall operational performance.
• Ensure effective collaboration between departments, project teams, and executive management.
• Coordinate workforce capacity planning and resource requirements with the responsible departments.
• Identify staffing needs and oversee recruiting priorities, employee development, and long-term workforce planning.
• Support the coordination and development of industrial field service and after-sales activities.
• Identify operational challenges, optimize workflows, and implement standardized processes.
• Establish and monitor operational KPIs, including project performance, workforce utilization, and cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards, OSHA requirements, and applicable safety regulations.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Provide operational reports and contribute to strategic planning and the continued development of the U.S. organization.
