Position SummaryMegatronics Technician:
Performs electrical or mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems in non‑functioning electro‑mechanical equipment used in the manufacturing process. Dismantles, adjusts, repairs and assembles equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, operating or repair manuals, rough sketches or drawings. Uses test and diagnostic equipment to perform checkouts. Rebuilds manufacturing equipment as required. May perform equipment modifications as directed by manufacturing engineers.
- Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting of electro‑mechanical equipment.
- Dismantle, adjust, repair, and assemble manufacturing equipment.
- Interpret layout plans, blueprints, manuals, and drawings.
- Operate test and diagnostic equipment for equipment checkouts.
- Rebuild manufacturing equipment as required.
- Execute equipment modifications as directed by manufacturing engineers.
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Job Level DescriptionDemonstrates advanced proficiency in all areas of the function and specialized knowledge in some.
Qualifications- Education: High school diploma or equivalency.

Experience:
2 to 4 years.
Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, bend, use hands, and operate a computer. Must lift and/or move up to 10 pounds frequently, and up to 50 pounds occasionally. Use of approved personal protective equipment is mandatory when working in the field, production, or warehouse areas.
