Job Functions and Responsibilities

• Manufacture, assemble, inspect, package, seal, sterilize, and box RMI and CM products and their components.
• Adhere to hygiene and gowning requirements applicable to assigned work area.
• Review work order to ensure correct labels are included; affix labels to product and package according to work instructions.
• Store product in a ‘wait for release’ area and move to ‘released’ area after QA release.
• Ensure compliance with Quality System SOPs, work instructions, drawings, GMP, GDP, ISO, and FDA requirements.

• Standing time 15 – 40%
• Keyboard time under 15%
• Lifting 5 – 25 lbs.

Essential Sensory Demands

• Audible – normal conversation.
• Visual concentration 41 – 70%.
• Color perception –
  normal (if required).

Working Conditions

Work may require extended hours during peak periods.

No travel required.

Minimum Position Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read, hear, interpret and understand written or verbal instructions in English.
• Detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment while complying with Quality System SOPs, GMP, GDP, ISO and FDA requirements.
• Previous manufacturing, production or assembly experience.
• Previous medical device or FDA regulated industry experience preferred.
• Good hand‑to‑eye coordination and manual dexterity.

Experience Requirements

• 1 – 2 years of related experience.
• Desired: 1 – 2 years, experience in Life Science Industries or other Regulated Industry.

Educational Background

Minimum:
High School / GED. Equivalent work experience acceptable.
