We are seeking an experienced Cold Header Operator to join our growing team in Alpharetta, Georgia. This is a highly specialized role requiring prior cold heading experience and technical proficiency.

• Set up and adjust machine components to regulate speed, pressure, temperature, dimensions, and material flow.
• Perform tooling changes and machine setups according to blueprints and specifications.
• Examine, measure, and verify product conformance using calipers, micrometers, and length gauges.
• Monitor machine operations and troubleshoot issues during production.
• Maintain safe operations by following company safety procedures.
• Ensure adherence to EPS quality standards.

• Minimum 2 years of cold heading experience (required).
• Experience with multi‑head cold header machines (required).
• Hands‑on set‑up experience including tooling changes, die adjustments, and machine alignment (required).
• Proficiency with measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges).
• Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints.
• Experience with National, Nakashimada, Carlo Salvi, or Hyo Dong cold header machines strongly preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Must have valid U.S. work authorization (required).

7:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday, 50 hours per week.
