We are seeking a proactive and creative Part‑Time Marketing Coordinator to support our growing portfolio of home service brands. In this role, you’ll help shape and execute marketing strategies that enhance our local presence, drive customer engagement, and strengthen our connection to the community. You’ll work closely with ownership and management to create impactful campaigns across digital and traditional platforms—helping both brands reach more homeowners and continue to grow.
This position is ideal for a motivated marketer who thrives in a hands‑on, small‑business environment, enjoys creative problem‑solving, and takes pride in helping locally owned companies make a difference in their communities.
What You’ll Do- Develop and execute marketing strategies for both brands.
- Create engaging content for social media, websites, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Manage social media channels and content calendars.
- Monitor SEO, website traffic, and ad performance using analytics tools.
- Coordinate local events, community partnerships, and promotional campaigns.
- Track marketing performance and present insights to the leadership team.
- Support the implementation of new marketing tools, including AI‑based platforms.

What We’re Looking ForEducation:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Experience:
2–4 years of marketing experience (home services experience preferred).
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing tools.
- Knowledge of SEO, digital advertising, and social media strategy.
- Excellent writing and content creation skills.
- Basic graphic design abilities (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite a plus).
- Strong organization, multitasking, and project management skills.
- Experience using AI or automation tools in marketing.
