The Digital marketing specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing email and social media strategies that drive engagement, nurture leads, and support revenue growth. This role leverages Hub Spot as the primary marketing CRM and Salesforce for sales alignment, ensuring seamless integration between marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.
Key responsibilitiesEmail Marketing & Hubspot CRM
- Plan and manage the email marketing calendar, including automated nurture campaigns.
- Build and deploy segmented email campaigns for lead nurturing, industry-specific outreach, and account-level engagement.
- Coordinate pre- and post-event email communications to maximize attendance and follow-up.
- Create and distribute internal newsletters and sales win announcements.
- Execute press release distribution via email and track engagement metrics.
Social Media
- Develop and maintain a social media calendar aligned with marketing campaigns.
- Create and schedule posts to support email campaigns, events, and product launches, testing various formats (video, carousel) for engagement.
- Monitor engagement and optimize content for Linked In and other relevant platforms.
Marketing & Engagement
- Work closely with sales teams to support account-level and industry campaigns.
- Align messaging across email and social channels for consistent brand voice.
- Track campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve engagement and ROI.
- 2–4 years of experience in email and social media marketing.
- Proficiency in Hub Spot, Salesforce, Canva, and social scheduling tools.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation, segmentation, and lead nurturing.
- Excellent writing, editing, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
