Own the congregant marketing strategy — designing and executing programs that market directly to congregants and members within customer churches and parishes to drive adoption of MB software and, specifically, payments and online giving solutions.
Own the investment strategy across customer lifecycle marketing, digital engagement, partner marketing, congregant marketing, and expansion programs, connecting spend directly to NRR, GRR, expansion ARR, and customer health. Develop segmentation strategies for customers, partners, and congregant audiences using behavioral, product usage, firmographic, and technographic data to personalize journeys vide strategic direction to the Campaign Hub and partner across Sales, Partnerships, Revenue Operations, Digital Marketing, and Product to deliver integrated customer growth and partner marketing programs.
Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing team, building organizational capability in lifecycle marketing, partner marketing, and congregant marketing.
- Proven track record (6‑8 years) in senior performance marketing, demand generation, lifecycle marketing, or partner/channel marketing leadership, with a focus on customer retention, expansion, and recurring revenue growth.
