- Will develop and multiply leaders—both adult and student volunteers—to serve kids;
- Is an excellent communicator;
- Is currently being used by God to minister to families;
- Is growing in your faith;
- Has a relational heart;
- Is a developer of people and processes;
- Seeks creative ways to reach those who are not yet Christians.
