Overview

Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Phone Triage RN. This position involves providing expert pediatric triage services primarily via phone from a dedicated Alpharetta office. The ideal candidate will bring pediatric clinical expertise, professionalism, and excellent communication skills to deliver quality patient assessments and guidance. • Valid RN license
• Pediatric experience required
• CPR certification required
• Previous experience in phone triage or telehealth setting preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and handle sensitive situations professionally

• Conduct phone-based triage assessments for pediatric patients
• Gather comprehensive patient information and medical histories
• Provide appropriate guidance and instructions to patients and caregivers
• Escalate cases to healthcare providers when necessary
• Document all patient interactions accurately and promptly
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all healthcare regulations and protocols
