Typically Monday‑Friday. Eligible for a company fleet vehicle.

Overview

Make a difference across communities. We are seeking a compassionate and adaptable Registered Nurse – Regional Support to join our team. In this dynamic role, you’ll deliver direct patient care and provide support to families, while also stepping into temporary assignments at various branches as needed due to staffing gaps or census increases. This is a unique opportunity for an RN looking for flexibility, variety, and purpose‑driven work across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care and manage hospice patients’ plans of care
  • Support and lead interdisciplinary care teams including LPNs, CNAs, and support staff
  • Assess and address patients’ physical, emotional, social, and environmental needs
  • Document care thoroughly and accurately
  • Supervise and guide HHA/LPN staff
  • Educate patients and families about medications, care needs, and safety
  • Participate in on‑call rotation and provide after‑hours support as assigned
  • Collaborate with physicians and attend interdisciplinary team meetings
  • Assist in referrals, resource connections, and compliance with payer requirements
About You

What You’ll Need:
  • Active RN license in the state of employment
  • Minimum of 1 year RN experience (acute care, oncology, long‑term care, hospice, or home health preferred)
  • CPR certification
  • Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance
  • Reliable transportation

This role typically follows a Monday‑Friday schedule, with occasional on‑call responsibilities. A company fleet car is provided for eligible employees.
