Operating Room Registered Nurse; RN

The board-certified plastic surgeons and staff at The Swan Center are committed to helping patients and strive to provide a positive patient experience, from the very first consult up to the final follow-up.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join a dynamic surgicalpractice in Alpharetta, Georgia. This role supports both clinical and administrative aspects of patient care, with a strong focus on pre-operativeand post-operative services in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

• Screen and consult patients for surgeryin collaboration with the surgeon
• Review patient medical and surgicalhistories
• Perform administrative nursing duties including patient phone calls, emails, anesthesia letters, and documentation of nurse visits
• Assemble and prepare pre-operativecharts and surgical documentation
• Provide pre-operative care, including patient education, instructions, photographs, EKGs, and lab draws
• Deliver post-operative care and education, including dressing and incision care, JP drain removals, sutureremoval, and post-op photographs
• Initiate and follow up on requiredmedical clearances
• Assist with injections and injectableprocedures as needed
• Support daily clinic operations including room setup, stocking, laundry, instrument care andsterilization, and inventory management

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license inthe state of Georgia
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
• BLS and ACLS certification required
• Strong communication, organizational,and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced,team-oriented clinical environment
• Experience in plastic or cosmeticsurgery preferred, but not required
