We are immediately hiring a Maintenance Tech | Crew Member to service the extended Metro Atlanta Area from our ALPHARETTA, GA – East Branch. Crabapple is a privately owned company with over 30 years of successful operation. Our team of professionals is dedicated to delivering comprehensive outdoor environment services.
We are one of Atlanta’s top five locally-owned landscape firms, partnering with community HOAs, senior living facilities, corporate campuses, multi-family housing communities, commercial properties, CIDs, and more. The ideal candidate will be skilled, motivated, safety-conscious, and customer-focused. The primary role involves completing lawn maintenance tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Operate essential lawn care equipment safely, including mowers, blowers, weed eaters, edgers, rakes, etc.
- Perform landscape maintenance such as edging, mowing, digging, weed eating, pruning, raking, planting, mulching, and blowing leaves.
- Ensure quality workmanship and maintain neat, clean, and orderly property conditions.
- Coordinate with your Foreman / Crew Lead on project assignments.
- Participate in hands-on leadership and training sessions.
- Attend safety meetings and adhere to safety protocols.
- Complete and review paperwork accurately, including timesheets, receipts, debriefs, and inspection reports.
- Follow all health and safety laws and regulations on-site and at the shop.
- Maintain equipment in proper working condition.
- Use required PPE to operate equipment safely.

Essential Functions:
- Work in non-climate-controlled environments
- Stand and walk for extended periods
- Lift up to 60 lbs.
- Travel to various residential and commercial sites
- Flexible hours, including overtime and weekends; workday starts at 6:30 AM
