Production QA Engineer

Quality Assurance Engineering, Production

The Production QA Engineer will be required to work on site at our facility in Alpharetta, GA.
This is not a remote position.

Duties:

• Manage documentation, internal and external audits, and all other factors necessary for compliance and certification to ISO 9001 and FSC.
• Microsoft SharePoint experience / expertise is critical for maintaining current system.
• Assist with documentation, internal audits, and all other factors necessary for compliance and certification to ISO 14001, 27001, 45001, and World Lottery Association.
• Initiate and participate in continuous improvement projects across the manufacturing process
• Focus on Quality and Efficiency
• Experience with Six Sigma, LEAN, SPC, Kaizen, etc. is beneficial.
• Identify processes, material issues, and equipment problems to minimize production downtime.
• Help drive internal communication relating to process improvement initiatives.
• The primary responsibility will be maintaining our ISO 9001and FSC systems and certifications in SharePoint.
• Assist with maintaining our ISO 27001,  and WLA certifications.
• Experience with continuous improvement or efficiency projects as they relate to manufacturing operations is a plus

Requirements:

• Able to lead and/or work with a team
• Able to perform complex problem solving analysis with appropriate follow up and tracking
• Able to perform complex tasks, prioritize multiple projects and work under pressure to meet deadlines

Bachelors degree in related field.
