Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and baking of a variety of pastries
- Follow recipes accurately and consistently
- Assemble layer cakes with attention to detail and presentation
- Work independently and manage time effectively
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Support the head pastry chef as needed
- Some previous experience in a pastry kitchen or similar environment
- Confident in following recipes and executing tasks with minimal supervision
- Basic experience assembling layer cakes
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Food safety knowledge preferred
Mornings with flexible hours depending on production needs.
