We are seeking a passionate, ethical, and proactive professional to join our Pampas Family.

Pampas Steakhouse is Norsan’s award‑winning fine dining Argentinian steakhouse in Johns Creek, GA. We use the traditional method of grilling “a la parrilla” over oak wood and a bank of hot coals.

• Ensuring that all food is of excellent quality and served in a timely manner.
• Overseeing all kitchen operations.
• Coordinating kitchen staff and assisting them as required.
• Training staff to prepare and cook all the menu items.
• Taking stock of ingredients and equipment and placing orders to replenish stock.
• Enforcing safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen.
• Creating new recipes to keep the menu fresh.
• Keeping up to date with industry trends.
• Ensuring that the Corporate Mission and Values are always followed.

• Culinary school degree or diploma.
• Experience as a Chef in steakhouse restaurant concepts.
• Time‑management skills.
• Ability to communicate in a fast‑moving environment.
• Ability to coach and mentor employees on a one‑on‑one basis as well as in a group.
