Commercial Lines Account Manager (CLAM)

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager (CLAM) to join a team. This role is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to contribute to the growth and success of a national brokerage firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in servicing and marketing middle‑market accounts and a passion for delivering exceptional client service. This position offers a hybrid work schedule, with three days in the office and two days remote.

• Salary Range: $70,000 – $80,000 annually

• Provide exceptional service to middle‑market accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Handle marketing efforts for new and renewal business.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and achieve organizational goals.
• Utilize EPIC software for account management and documentation.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and expertise in all client interactions.

• License:
  Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience:
  
  Previous experience in servicing and marketing middle‑market accounts is essential.
• Software skills:
  Proficiency in EPIC software preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
