We are looking for candidates who will graduate December 2025 or May/June 2026 for our Alpharetta, GA branch with an interest in sales. Be among the first 25 applicants.
Accelerated Management Program (AMP)Daikin is looking for students to join our 12‑month Accelerated Management Program (AMP). The program provides hands‑on experience, mentorship, and an opportunity to explore roles that fit your skills. AMP includes two tracks:
Branch Operations and Outside Sales.
- Counter Sales – face‑to‑face customer interaction, product knowledge, and system processes.
- Warehouse – shipping, receiving, and hands‑on product experience.
- Inside/Showroom Sales – develop daily sales skills, build customer relationships, and prepare for branch leadership.
- Additional responsibilities include leadership development, accurate pricing, inventory management, and relationship building.
- Drive business development and prospecting.
- Manage customer priorities, ensuring quick response times, on‑site solutions, and on‑time delivery.
- Network and build relationships with corporate leaders during Houston training.
- Focus on new business development, meeting sales goals, and building relationships with key stakeholders.
- Broad theoretical knowledge typically acquired through advanced education.
- No discretion to deviate from established procedures; work is structured and supervised.
- Problems facing the role are not typically difficult or complex.
- Responsible for explaining job‑area facts, policies, and practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Leadership and motivation of teams.
- Analytical thinking and problem‑solving.
- Decision making and timely judgments.
- Time management and prioritization.
- Negotiation and contract management.
- Interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Adaptability to changing environments.
- Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, and ERP systems.

- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Sales, Entrepreneurial Studies, or related field.
