• Proven track record in automotive sales (3+ years preferred)
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing skills (be ready to role-play)
• Driven, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Strong customer focus and a positive attitude
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Maintain Benchmark CSI
