Base Pay Range

Pinnacle Home Improvements is looking for highly motivated & self‑driven Sales Representatives to join our sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of our continued growth with our next paid training class beginning January 5, 2026!

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service.
• Present and demonstrate our products/services to clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries or concerns.
• Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities and maintain accurate records.
• Identify sales opportunities and generate referrals.

• Proven experience in sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with CRM software.
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
• Ability to learn and deliver presentations of our products tailored to our customers’ needs.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals.
• Self‑motivated with a results‑driven approach.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and climb ladders for potential attic inspections.
• Must hold a valid Driver's License.
