RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the agency in achieving sales targets through prospecting, qualifying leads, and supporting agents in closing new business.
- Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
- Participate in marketing and outreach activities designed to generate new leads and grow the agency’s customer base.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries, policy changes, and billing clarification, with a focus on identifying sales opportunities.
- Conduct customer-focused, needs-based reviews to educate clients about insurance options and promote relevant products.
- Collaborate with the team to develop innovative sales strategies and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
- Currently enrolled as a full-time student in an undergraduate or post-graduate program throughout the duration of the internship.
- Coursework or strong interest in areas such as Sales, Marketing, Business, Insurance, Financial Services, or Real Estate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an interest in building relationships and influencing others.
- Self-motivated with a passion for sales and a drive to achieve results.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to meet deadlines and sales goals.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
