• Maintain clean and organized sales areas and product displays.
• Support inventory management, including stock replenishment and tagging.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet targets and improve customer satisfaction.
• Assist in promotional activities and events as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus.
• 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.

• Experience in retail or B2B sales.
