Account Executive – Alpharetta, GA
Agile is a forward‑thinking professional staffing and consulting firm specializing in Information Technology. We are seeking an Account Executive to join our team in our Alpharetta office. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a highly productive, fun, and collaborative team of Sales and Recruiting professionals and open new business, provide top‑level service and ensure delivery by building trusted partnerships with IT leaders.
This role offers unlimited earning potential for a competitive, collaborative personality and a strong drive to succeed.
- Identifying new business and key target accounts through a variety of resources
- Prospecting and qualifying leads through the sales funnel by establishing relationships with decision‑makers
- Negotiating long‑term agreements with top prospects
- Developing relationships with leaders and cultivating long‑term business partnerships
- Partnering with Recruiting and Sales teams to match people with great opportunities
- Staying informed about current industry trends and maintaining knowledge of competitors and prospects to strategically position Agile
- 1‑3 years of sales, recruiting, or business development experience; staffing, consulting, or technology experience is a plus
- Demonstrated expertise in relationship building and strong networking
- A track record of success and achieving goals/metrics
- Creative problem‑solving skills and ability to develop strategic solutions for a win‑win outcome
- A passion for working in a fast‑paced environment where you can juggle and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong work ethic and competitive nature
- Uncapped earning potential including a competitive base salary plus commission and bonus incentives
- Hybrid position: 3 days remote, 2 days in office
- 16 days of paid time off at the start, increasing with tenure
