Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of Sales Development Executives (SDE) to generate high‑quality incremental pipeline with a high conversion rate to bookings for the target business segment.
- Develop SDE talent into future Account Executives by coaching, providing feedback, and managing performance.
- Operate with excellence by taking data‑driven decisions to optimize Demand Generation tactics and running an operating model with rock‑solid business process execution.
- Communicate SAP’s Sales & Marketing Strategy internally and externally, prioritizing key areas and ensuring timely reaction to competitive challenges.
- Recruit, develop, and manage the SDE team, assigning appropriate territory and focus areas and ensuring key sales KPIs are met.
- Coordinate Demand Generation activities with regional SAP leadership, marketing, and partner ecosystem to maintain a healthy pipeline.
- Plan and maintain strong business relationships with key strategic customers, partners, and executives, driving SAP’s growth targets.
- Drive business and operational change within the team to achieve highest levels of employee satisfaction.
- 7+ years of experience in Demand Generation or Inside Sales environment.
- Proven ability leading teams to achieve pipeline build, progression, and closure KPIs.
- Experience managing multi‑disciplinary, international teams and remote cultures.
- Strong focus on continuous improvement, analytical mindset, and data‑driven decision making.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Self‑starter with strong time‑management and results‑orientation.
Alpharetta, GA – Candidate must work 3 days per week in SAP’s Alpharetta office.
CompensationTarget combined range: $172,900 – $368,700 USD. Actual offer will depend on skills, experience, and scope of the role.
