Gatsby Glass is looking for an elite Independent Sales Partner
. This is a 100% commission, 1099 "hunter" role designed for the professional who treats their territory like their own business. We provide the premier luxury brand and the professional installation team—you provide the leads and the technical expertise.
Because you are generating your own business and performing your own estimates, we offer one of the most aggressive payouts in the industry:
The 50/50 Profit Split.
- True Partnership: We operate on a transparent "Net Profit" model. After deducting the Cost of Goods Sold (materials + labor) and standard brand royalty fees
, the remaining gross profit is split 50/50 with you. - No Caps: Your income is limited only by your ability to hunt and your technical accuracy.
- Transparency: You see the job costs and the fee structure; you see the profit. No "corporate" math.
- Fast Payouts: We pay half your commission upon the customer’s deposit.
- The "Hunter" Pipeline: You have an existing book of business or the ability to generate your own leads through networking with luxury builders, interior designers, and high‑end remodelers throughout North West Georgia
. - Technical Aptitude: While glass experience is a plus, we value technical precision from any high‑end trade (e.g., custom cabinetry, flooring, roofing, or remodeling). You must have a "measure twice, cut once" mentality.
- Consultative Sales: You don't just "sell"; you consult. You understand the expectations of the high‑end residential market and provide a "white‑glove" experience from first measurement to final sale.
- Tech-Forward: You are comfortable using (or learning) 3D visualization and estimating software to provide clients with a high‑end digital experience.
- Fulfillment & Installation: Once you close the deal and submit the specs, our professional, trained install teams take it from there.
- Luxury Brand Power: Leverage the Gatsby Glass name, high‑end marketing collateral, and professional showroom‑style sales kits.
- Back‑Office Support: We handle material ordering, vendor relations, and warranty management.
- The Technology: Access to proprietary visualization tools that help you close higher‑ticket jobs faster.
- Proven Track Record: 3+ years of experience in Home Services Sales, Estimating, or Project Management.
- Precision: Absolute accuracy in measuring for custom applications.
- Independence: This is a 1099 role. You provide your own vehicle and lead sources. We provide the platform for you to maximize your earnings.
