Moto Rad is a global automotive supplier specializing in thermal management, emissions, and powertrain controls: thermostats, coolant components, closure caps, EVAP components, sensors, and ignition products sold across the aftermarket and to OE manufacturers worldwide. Founded in 1958, Moto Rad serves the market through deep channel partnerships with leading retailers, traditional distribution, buying groups, e-commerce, and OEM customers, backed by high global fill rates and industry-leading category management.
Our brand promise:
Trusted to Deliver Better.
Lead Moto Rad's strategic business unit, the United States and Canada, with full responsibility for growth, efficiency, and financial performance. Reporting directly to the CEO as a member of the global executive team, you will own the USCA P&L end to end, set and execute the business strategy, lead the commercial organization across all channels, and integrate cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, supply chain, operations, engineering, quality, IT, and HR) to maximize results.
This is a seat for a hunter: a commercial athlete who serves channel partners well, wins new business, negotiates at the headquarters level, and builds a team that does the same.
- The USCA P&L: budget, forecast, revenue, gross margin, EBITDA, and working capital
- Business strategy and growth across retail, traditional, specialty, e-commerce, and OEM channels

- Pricing, tariff, margin, and major commercial negotiations
- Customer service excellence: fill rate, on-time delivery, and availability
- A high-performing team and Moto Rad's weekly, monthly, and quarterly operating cadence
An A-player who is hungry, humble, and smart: relentless in pursuing new business, low-ego in building the team and taking accountability, and sharp in reading people, customers, and negotiations.
- Proven Commercial Leader: 10+ years of senior commercial management, including 5+ years leading sales teams in the US automotive aftermarket, calling on large national retailers and distributors at the headquarters level.
- Service leadership & Negotiation: A verifiable record of growing market share, winning net-new accounts and programs, and negotiating pricing, terms, and program economics.
- P&L Operator: Demonstrated general management ownership of revenue through EBITDA, with strong financial acumen and experience.
- Team Builder: Builds accountable, energizing cultures where A-players want to work; manufacturing or distribution background; bachelor's degree required, MBA desirable.
- Location: Based in or willing to relocate to the Atlanta metropolitan area, with regular travel to customers, industry events, and Moto Rad's global sites.
Moto Rad methodology: candidates should expect a career history application, structured interviews, and candidate-arranged reference calls. Compensation is competitive and performance-leveraged.
