Position Summary

As our Physical Security Project Manager, you'll orchestrate complex security projects from concept to completion, working with state-of-the-art technology and leading a talented team of security professionals. You'll be the mastermind behind installations that safeguard some of the most critical facilities and assets in our region.

What You'll Drive

• Spearhead end-to-end security system implementations, from initial design through successful deployment
• Transform complex security challenges into elegant, effective solutions
• Lead the integration of advanced systems including access control, surveillance, and alarm technologies
• Own project success metrics, including timelines, budgets, and client satisfaction

Strategic Implementation

• Direct multi-disciplinary teams to execute sophisticated security installations
• Forge strong relationships with stakeholders, manufacturers, and clients
• Orchestrate seamless coordination between internal teams and external partners
• Champion quality assurance through rigorous testing and validation protocols

Innovation & Excellence

• Design cutting-edge security solutions that meet tomorrow's challenges
• Conduct thorough security assessments to identify and address vulnerabilities
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery and system implementation
• Lead training initiatives for new security technologies and systems

What You Bring

• 5+ years commanding physical security projects, with hands‑on system integration experience
• Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Engineering, or related field
• Deep technical knowledge of security systems (CCTV, access control, alarm monitoring)
• Proven track record of successful large‑scale project delivery
• Field experience that demonstrates practical understanding of security implementation

Preferred Capabilities

• PMP certification
• Experience with enterprise‑level security integration
• Knowledge of Verkada equipment
• Knowledge of NFPA and OSHA standards
• History of innovation in security solutions
