We are seeking a skilled and reliable Closet Installation Professional to join our growing team. This role requires hands-on carpentry experience, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering top-tier work in clients’ homes. You’ll be a key part of making our designs come to life and ensuring each client’s space is installed to perfection.

• Install custom closet systems according to detailed design plans
• Ensure precision, quality workmanship, and a clean finish on every project
• Communicate with clients in a professional, courteous manner throughout the process
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Follow company standards and protocols for installation and customer service
• Collaborate with the design and project teams to meet deadlines and expectations

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, designs, and schematics
• Familiarity with hand and power tools used in carpentry and installations
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Physical ability to lift and carry materials and tools; work on ladders and in varied home environments
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Must pass a background check

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Vocational or technical training in carpentry or a related trade
• Prior experience in closet installations, cabinetry, or custom carpentry
• Flexible schedule and availability to meet job demands
