Pay Range: $21–$30 per hour, depending on experience + Quarterly Bonus Potential

Mr. Electric of Land O' Lakes, Lakeland, and Riverview is actively seeking dependable and detail-oriented Electrical Service Professionals to join our team! In this role, you'll execute residential and light commercial installations and service maintenance, ensuring all electrical work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. • Execute electrical installations/maintenance calls in accordance with NEC, local codes, and company standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area during and after jobs
• Use hand and power tools, meters, and testing equipment safely and correctly
• Track materials used and update job invoices accordingly
• Walk customers through completed projects, collect payments, and request reviews
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and jobsite safety reviews
• Perform warranty/recall work, noting product defects appropriately
• Operate company vehicle in accordance with state/federal laws and company policies
• Maintain accountability for tools, inventory, and vehicle upkeep

• Required:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year of electrical experience in a residential or commercial setting
  • Familiarity with National Electrical Code (NEC)
  • Experience using electrical tools, meters, and testing equipment
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Strong communication skills and team-oriented attitude
  • Physically capable of lifting 75 lbs, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces
• Preferred:
  • Experience with residential/light commercial service environments
  • Familiarity with Service Titan or similar job management software
  • Professional appearance and customer-first mindset
