Repair Tech Level 2
Precision Concrete Construction, Inc. is hiring a Repair Tech Level 2 in the Southeast. The role involves physical labor on construction sites, operating hand and power tools to perform concrete patching, demolition, and small repairs. Position Summary – Perform tasks such as mixing, cutting, and applying concrete, managing materials, controlling traffic, and maintaining safety on job sites.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Carry materials and tools to job sites.
- Mix concrete and related materials.
- Inspect and test materials for defects and accuracy.
- Prepare construction sites to eliminate hazards.
- Load, unload, and identify building materials, machinery, or tools.
- Set up pumps, line systems, compressors, or generators for tools and equipment.
- Erect or dismantle scaffolding and temporary structures.
- Assist in planning work schedules and determining material quantities.
- Read and understand product data sheets.
- Interpret and apply safety policies.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

- Less than high school education; or six months to 1 year of related experience or training; or equivalent combination.
- Ability to read a limited number of two- and three-syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words. Ability to print and speak simple sentences.
- Mathematical skills – add, subtract, multiply and divide two- and three-digit numbers. Perform operations with units of money, weight, volume, and distance.
- Reasoning ability – apply common sense understanding to carry out simple instructions and deal with standardized situations.
The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must lift and move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and move up to 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Work EnvironmentThe employee is regularly exposed to wet and humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals; outside weather conditions; risk of electrical shock and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
