Facilities Maintenance Technician II

A Facilities Maintenance Technician II maintains facilities, systems, and equipment to provide a safe, efficient, and comfortable workplace. Responsibilities include operation, repair, preventative maintenance, equipment installation, and providing technical assistance to support facilities processes.

Base pay range: $20.00/hr - $26.00/hr

• Monitor controlled environment areas and rooms, performing routine checks for temperature, humidity, and static pressure.
• Verify HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems are functioning properly and perform routine preventative maintenance.
• Maintain HVAC systems to ensure compliance with production requirements, including daily system checks, routine maintenance, and emergency repairs.
• Coordinate installation of equipment, including planning and installing necessary services (plumbing, electrical, ventilation, DI water, vacuum).
• Collaborate with local agencies to ensure safety and compliance requirements are met.
• Perform relocation of office furniture and equipment as needed.
• Write and maintain effective processes for equipment and procedures.
• Support service calls of third-party vendors.
• May execute preventive maintenance work orders related to production equipment.
• Participate in teams or committees such as Safety Team, Margin Improvement, and PMO/Engineering.

• 5 years of experience managing a facility and/or warehouse.
• Experience planning and ordering necessary materials to support job function.
• Hands‑on and mechanically inclined.
• Ability to learn new processes and software.
• Available to work 1st shift from 6 am to 2:30 pm ET with occasional weekend and overtime requirements.

• Experience managing teams with or without direct reporting authority.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite:
  Outlook, Excel, Word.
• Competency with BMRAM, Service Zone, etc.

Build quality into all aspects of work by maintaining compliance with all quality requirements.
