We design and implement automation systems for water and wastewater plants across the Southeast. We’re hiring an entry-level Controls Technician to join our startup and service team. If you’re technical curious, hands-on, and ready to hit the road, this role gives you a front-row seat to seeing control systems come to life.

What You’ll be Doing:

• Assist in assembling and modifying control panels
• Support field installations – mounting, wiring, and terminations
• Perform instrumentation calibration (level, flow, pressure, etc.)
• Conduct I/O checks and assist in system startup
• Use meters and tools to troubleshoot technical issues onsite
• Terminate and test fiber optic and Ethernet CAT5 cables
• Log into PLCs and interpret live system data
• Represent Southern Flow during startup and service visits

• 0-2 years of experience or strong technical aptitude
• Understanding of basic electrical theory and wiring diagrams
• Familiarity with Window OS, Microsoft 365, and AutoCAD
• Good communication and teamwork skills
