About The Role
We are seeking a skilled Java Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Java-based applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust software solutions aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Java applications using industry best practices.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and QA teams to deliver quality software.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Integrate applications with databases, APIs, and third-party services.
• Ensure applications meet security, performance, and scalability standards.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Java, J2EE, Spring / Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture, and web technologies.
• Familiarity with relational databases such as MySQL, Oracle, or Postgre
  
  SQL.
• Knowledge of version control tools (e.g., Git).
• Understanding of software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices.
• Knowledge of front-end frameworks (Angular, React, or Vue.js) is a plus.
• Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
